Fully onchain

An ERC-721 on Ethereum. The renderer and all 10,000 recipes live in the contract. tokenURI builds the whole animated page from chain data, with no server and no IPFS, so the art cannot go dark. The marketplace thumbnail is one slice of the art: a single still frame of the onchain animation, hand-picked by the artist. Want a different frame? pfp in the menu cuts any one you like.

Always moving

Every brainfart is an animation with loop points every 30 seconds, 60 on the color-motion tiers. Between loop points it never repeats itself. Brainfarts float forever.

Rolled once, frozen

The collection was generated once, deterministically, then frozen. Nothing is generated at mint. The contract deals from the frozen set.

Dealt at random

Every mint pulls an unminted number from a shuffled deck, by a block hash that does not exist yet when you mint. Nobody can target and buy a number, Chromaera included.

Made by Chromaera

Drawn by Chromaera: the sprites, the traits, the backgrounds, pixel by pixel. The animations drawn and directed by the artist, engineered by Claude, an AI. One artist's rulings: the traits, the backgrounds, the laws of motion, the exact 10,000, the terms of the sale. The engine is JavaScript, stored on the chain and run by your browser; the Solidity is the ledger and the deal. Every judgment belongs to the artist.

How the mint works

The caps and the ceilings below are enforced by the contract, not by a promise.

Free, round one: the first 100 followers

One each, from the exact wallet you gave, yours to claim any time until the collection sells out. Wallets were in by Thursday, October 22, noon ET. The list locked when the public mint opened.

Free, round two: the communities

900 for holders of the collections listed below. One per wallet, first come first served. Held one at the snapshot, Thursday, October 22, noon ET. When the 900 are gone, those wallets still mint at the public price.

On both lists? Both count.

One free from each door. Two in all, never a third.

Public: a ladder of ceilings

First 3,000 at up to 0.0069 ETH, next 4,000 at up to 0.01, the rest at up to 0.02. The contract holds those as maximums. Chromaera can set the mint price anywhere below or up to those ceilings, never above.

Dealt the next block

You mint; the next block's hash deals your number, so nobody can target and buy a number, not even a bot with a bundle. The art lives on Ethereum and renders itself: visible the moment it's dealt. No placeholder, no waiting for a sellout.

The rest

420 held back for the treasury, giveaways and future games. Paid mints up to 20 at a time. Royalties 5%, and that too can only ever go down.
